Note to Internet Explorer users:

There is a known issue that may prevent you from viewing or downloading PDFs. If you are encountering difficulties, please follow these steps to resolve the problem.

1. Update to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
2. Make sure that all of your Internet Explorer browser sessions are closed
3. Start Adobe Acrobat Reader
4. Choose Edit, and select Preferences. Then click Internet under the Categories Menu.
5. In the Web Browser Options section, check off Display PDF in Browser. If it is already selected, uncheck it.
6. Click OK, and then exit Acrobat Reader.
7. Restart Internet Explorer and see if the problem persists.
8. If you had to uncheck Display PDF in Browser in step 4 and wish to view your PDFs in your browser, repeat steps 1-7.
