William H. Mueller and his wife, Pat, are members of St. Lawrence Valley Meeting in Potsdam, N.Y. (under the care of Ottawa Meeting, Canadian Yearly Meeting). He taught biological and behavioral sciences at the University of Texas School of Public Health in 1975–2004, including courses in violence prevention and spiritual aspects of health.

William H. Mueller is a member of St. Lawrence Valley (Allowed) Meeting (part of Ottawa Meeting in Canadian Yearly Meeting). He and his wife, Pat, were active for several years in local prison ministry and continue to produce a monthly inspirational newsletter for inmates, “The Inlook-Outlook Letter.”
