Nimesaidiwa katika mchakato huu wa kupunguza mwendo, kwa kusoma kwangu kazi ya Thich Nhat Hanh juu ya kutafakari kwa uangalifu na kwa mazoezi yangu ya kila siku.   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Mazoezi yangu ya umakini ni zaidi kwa njia ya kutafakari kuongozwa na Tara Brach (inapatikana <em>tarabrach.com<\/em> ). Tafakari zake hunifanya nisikilize pumzi yangu, sauti za chumbani, mihemuko katika sehemu mbalimbali za mwili wangu, na nyakati za kuwepo. Wakati wa kutafakari, anakubali kwamba akili inaweza kutangatanga katika kupanga, kutatua matatizo, na kumbukumbu.
