Catherine Reid joined Friends Journal as a general editorial volunteer in August 2026. She assists with editing, proofing, and administrative work related to recurring departments in the magazine. A retired academic, Catherine writes and hikes and gardens in the mountains of North Carolina, where she is an active member of Celo Meeting.
