Moses, a minister, writes from the perspectives of minister, mother, wife, and ordinary person—or maybe “ordinary person with a deep concern about lifestyle, consumption, and disposal patterns.” She feels a weighty responsibility to take part in a huge cultural shift toward citizens as protectors of the earth and life on it. Before I even got through the introduction, Moses was fretting about the disposable coffee cup on her desk. I was grateful, honestly, for someone else who does sweat the small stuff!
