Jennifer Thompson joined Friends Journal as volunteer milestones editor in August 2026. She lives in Atlanta, Ga., where she has been a member of Atlanta Meeting for more than 26 years. Jennifer was a technical writer for software companies and served as the managing editor for Southeastern Luxury Publications for many years. She enjoys volunteering for Zoo Atlanta, engaging in dog sports with her furred family members, reading, writing, doing jigsaw puzzles, and embracing her backyard haven.
