J. Jondhi Harrell is a writer, public speaker, community activist, and organizer. After serving 25 years in federal custody, he founded the Center for Returning Citizens to help formerly incarcerated individuals transition back into the community. He is a member of Germantown Meeting in Philadelphia, Pa, and co-clerk of the meeting’s Peace and Social Justice Committee.
