Buy on FJ Amazon StorePhiladelphia-based Tribe 1 has been around for a couple of decades, and this album was actually released around the 20-year mark. It is powerful ministry and also clearly a labor of love. It gives listeners a chance to join in praise through song. The songs feel like the manifestation of Tribe 1’s unity and their connection through these songs to what underlies the illusion of separateness. In fact, there is a song called “I Can See Through Illusions,” which ends with the lyrics “Spirit, help us to be wise.” The songs will sing in your head long after the album is over, and they can help you stay in the power of guidance with lyrics such as, “Weave your web / weave your web wider / Wider and wider . . . I am not afraid of any, anything / what you wish for / Is now arriving.”
