Fortunate indeed are those meetings with a published history for new and seasoned Friends to learn the meeting’s story. This is an impressive volume, whose 334 pages are a testament to the amount and variety of work that go into writing this kind of book. The narrative itself, including photos and other images, is 279 pages. There are also a family tree, a table of recorded ministers (up to the present-day), a glossary, bibliography, endnotes, and an 11-page index. This book is sure to be interesting reading and a very rich resource.
