Robert Valiente-Neighbours

Robert Valiente-Neighbours is a Quaker artist and attender of San Diego (Calif.) Meeting. He is fascinated with the tensions of movement and stillness, and uses line work and layers to explore how joy and rage are tangled together. He attempts to channel the best of Quakerism, hardcore music, and breaking. Robert lives with his partner in the unceded territory of the Kumeyaay Peoples (San Diego).
