America needs to be a safe place for anybody and everybody

Student Voices: “Many people are fleeing war-torn countries to find a safe, new life in America. They dream of living somewhere free, and they deserve that. These people have escaped traumatic, life-threatening situations, and I feel it鈥檚 our duty to open our arms to them and welcome them.”

My father painted your hotel, and he is an immigrant

Student Voices: “Many other people that have worked for you have similar stories. If you stop immigration you鈥檙e not going to have as many people to build your hotels. I wouldn鈥檛 try to stop immigration if I were president; I鈥檇 try to make it easier.”

Student Voices: “Feminism is as a matter of principle. You will learn that respecting women is the right thing to do. By calling women fat and talking about their bodies, you are shaming them, which is mean spirited and very inappropriate.”

As a human race we must understand and accept that we are connected
